Department of Biotechnology, Government of India funded to set up an Inter-disciplinary School of Life Sciences for Advanced Research and Education at Osmania University. The objective of this program is to expose and train budding life science students and research scholars with advanced and state of the art techniques enabling them to carry out research in frontier area of science and technology. As a part of this program we are planning to organize a series of workshop to train students in emerging techniques. The present workshops in different fields help fresh and old students to explore state of art research facilities enabling them to address their thesis problems or explore job opportunities.

MODULE 2: Animal Cell culture and Analysis of Gene Expression

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

* All M. Sc students pursuing Life Science / B. Tech / M. Tech (Biotechnology).

**All Life sciences Research scholars, College teachers from private and Government educational institutions.

FEE STRUCTURE:

Individuals from educational institutions (Osmania University): Rs. 3000/-

Other than Osmania University: Rs. 5000/-

Individuals from Industry: Rs. 8000/-

PAYMENT MODE: DD in favor of “The Coordinator, DBT-OU-ISLARE”, Hyderabad.

Number of participants limited to 12 (selection of candidates will be on first come first serve basis)

Application should reach on or before: First batch May 25th, for Second batch June 15th, 2012

On Completion of assigned project work ‘certificates’ will be issued
