Walk-In Interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow
Candidates who have passed the national written test like UGC-CSIR NET (Lectureship or JRF), ICMR EXAM (JRF- PROJECT) may appear for the walk-in-interview on 04-10-2011 at 11 AM for the post of Junior Research Fellow in ICMR Adhoc project entitled “Environmental Persistent Chemicals in Male Infertility” in the Department of Reproductive and Cyto-toxicology of the institute. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Fellowship is available for a period of six month only.
POST: Junior Research Fellow (1)
PAY (RS): Rs. 16000 + 20% HRA
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ESSENTIAL: M.Sc. in Zoology/Biochemistry/ Molecular biology/ Biotechnology or other related subjects or M. Tech. Biotechnology with good academic record and should pass the National written test like UGC-CSIR NET, ICMR-JRF and NET Qualified for lectureship and ICMR exam qualified for the JRF Project post will also be considered.
DESIRABLE: Experience in the field of either Reproductive or Molecular biology
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• To collect history, biological samples
• To carry out laboratory work related to semen analysis/gene polymorphism
• Computation of data and report writing, to collect history, biological sample
AGE LIMIT: Below 28 years
Age relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PH as per rules
