POST: Project Assistant Level(PAL-II)

PROJECT TITLE: 1. Monitoring of pesticide residues at National level Project No. G-1-1478

2. Suveillance of treated water quality from treatment plants and ground water in Delhi with health related parameters, Project No.C-2-1728

3. Characterization and management of Dioxins and furans, project No. SIP-16(1.2)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc/M.Tech in organic/ Analytical/ inorganic Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ Industrial  Biotechnology and any other branches of Chemistry with minimum of 55% marks for general category and 50% marks for SC/ST category(Same for all 3 projects)

EXPERIENCE:

EXPERIENCE: Basic and practical knowledge of GC, GC-MS, HPLC, and exposure to organic pollutants analysis in environmental samples.

AGE LIMIT: 28 years

FIXED RENUMERATION: Rs 16000 /- (For Govt. project: G-1-1478)

Rs 12000/- (For Consultancy Project No. C-2-1728)

Rs 10000/- (For Network Project No. SIP-16(1.2)

6. NO. OF POSITIONS: 3(May vary)

AGE RELAXATION: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC for all categories of Project assistants in addition to age at point(4) and widows , divorced women judicially separated who are not remarried are allowed age concession up to the age of 35 years(40 years for members of SC/STs). No other women entitled for such relaxation.

The engagement is purely temporary basis which may be extended or curtailed depending upon the duration of sponsored project, satisfactory performance/conduct of the appointee. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project duration. The engagement shall not be appointment in CSIR/NEERIU, temporary or otherwise. It would therefore not confer any right / claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization / absorption.
