POST: Senior Research Fellow
PROJECT TITLE: All India Network program on Hemorrhagic Septicemia
SPONSORING AGENCY: ICAR
EMOLUMENTS: Rs 18,000 pm + HRA for first and second year and Rs 20,000 + HRA pm for the third year (for Post Graduate in Veterinary Science) and Rs 16,000+HRA (for first and second year and Rs 18,000+HRA pm for the third year for Post Graduate in subjects other than veterinary Science).
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. B.V.Sc & A.H with at least second class.
2. Master’s degree in Veterinary Bacteriology &Virology/ Veterinary Microbiology / Microbiology/ Veterinary Pathology / Animal Biotechnology with specialization in Bacteriology with an OCPA of 6.50 / 10 or 65% marks and above.
3. Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric level. The condition of knowledge in Punjabi is relaxable if the candidate is found otherwise deserving.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research duties as per the mandate of the project.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
NATURE OF POST: The post is purely temporary and the services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any prior notice. The post will be co-terminus with the project. The incumbent will have no right what-so-ever for absorption in the regular university service.
