Interested eligible candidates are requested to appear before a selection committee on January 31, 2012 at 11 AM. in the Room 214, Immunology & Regenerative Medicine Research Laboratory, Department of Zoology, University of Calcutta (Ballygunge Campus), 35, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata: 700019 to work as Research Technician in the DBT sponsored project entitled “DEVELOPMENT OF A NOVEL FORMAT OF STABLE SINGLE CHAIN ANTIBODIES AGAINST Staphylococcus aureus AND ALLERGENSPECIFIC IgE IN ALLERGIC ASTHMA” (Sanction. No. 609-BT (Estt.)/RD-23/09 dt. 29-11-2011). Tenure of the project is up to 2014. The PI on the project is Dr. Ena Ray Banerjee, Reader, Dept of Zoology.
POST: Research technician-1
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: B.Sc. (Any stream of Life Sciences Zoology, Botany, Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology) passed not more than 5 years ago with first class. Upper age limit is 30 years and the consolidated remuneration will be fixed at Rs. 5000 p.m.
