A walk in interview
will be held in the department of Genetics, University of Calcutta, 92, APC Road,
Kolkata 700019 for selection of One Project Fellow in the UGC Major Research
Project “Green technology for soils contaminated with coal fly ash”
under the supervision of Prof Anita Mukherjee on 28 th September 2012 at
12.00 noon in the above department.
Qualification:- MSc in Botany or
Genetics with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given
to candidates with
specialization in Cell Biology.
Duration : Three years and
co-terminous with the project.
Emolument: Rs. 14,000/- per
month for the initial 2 years and Rs. 16,000/- per month on the third year.
Fellowship will be as per the latest guidelines of UGC, and also as per
University norms. Eligible candidates must produce two sets of applications
with attested copies of marksheets and three copies of testimonials during the
interview. A softcopy of the application may be sent by e-mail to prof.

No. TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
