EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
WALK-IN INTERVIEW
The Principal Scientist & Head intends to recruit one Senior Research Fellow in DBT funded project purely on contractual basis. The interview of eligible candidates for the above post will be held on August 13, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at IARI-Regional Station, Residency Area (Near College of Agriculture), INDORE–452 001 (M.P.). Eligible candidates fulfilling all the requirements should bring their application in the format mentioned below giving full details of academic records and experience along with attested photocopies as well as original copies of relevant documents along with one passport size photograph. Details of the position are given below:

Age limit: Maximum age 35 years (age relaxation for SC/ST, women and OBC candidates as per rules).
Essential qualification for the post : M.Sc. degree in Plant Breeding and/or Genetics/Agricultural Botany/Life Sciences/Biochemistry with minimum two years research experience.
Desirable (i) Experience of working with crop plants and (ii) Basic computer skills.
Emoluments for the post:
(i) M.Sc. + minimum two years research experience + NET–JRF : Rs. 18,000/-
qualified + 20% HRA
(ii) M.Sc. + minimum two years research experience : Rs. 14,000/-
but not NET–JRF qualified + 20% HRA
The above post is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for a period of one year, but may be extended on year-to-year basis, based on performance of the candidate. The candidate shall not claim for regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview. Only the candidates having essential qualification would be entertained for the interview.
