JRF Position in
DST – Project
Applications are invited for a
position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the DST, Govt of India sponsored
research project entitled ‘Nonenzymatic (ascorbate induced) antioxidant
enzyme protection in rice seedlings (salt tolerant) grown in saline Khazan
fields in Goa and its comparison with salt sensitive rice variety’. The
project will be undertaken at Chowgule College, Margao, Goa.
Fellowship: Rs 16,000 plus HRA per month
fixed for first two years and Rs 18,000 plus HRA for the third year per month fixed.
Terms and conditions will be as per the DST guidelines.
Duration: 3 years.
Essential qualification: M.Sc. Botany/Plant Science/Life Science
from a recognized university, with CSIR NET or GATE qualified.
