Gujarat Institute of Desert
Ecology (GUIDE), Bhuj-Kachchh invites application for the position of Junior
Research Fellow to work in a Research Project entitled, ‘Development of
microbial consortia for enhancing plant growth in arid and semi-arid regions of
Saline Desert, Kachchh, Gujarat’ funded by Department of Science and
Technology, New Delhi.
Junior Research Fellow (1 No)
Eligibility: Master’s degree in
Microbiology/Biotechnology/Environmental Sciences/Life Sciences with minimum
60% marks. Candidates should be CSIR/UGC NET qualified for Lectureship.
Duration and fellowship: The duration of the project is
for 3 years. The fellowship is Rs 12,000 + 10% HRA per month for first two
years and Rs 14,000 per month + 10% HRA for the third year. Application on
plain paper along with curriculum vitae, attested copies of mark sheets and
NET-LS award letter with latest CV should be sent within 20 days from
