Interested candidates are invited
to appear for a walk -in interview on 05.06.2012 at 11:00AM in the Department
of Water Resources Development and Management to fill the following position as
per the details given below under the INCOH-sponsored research project "Experimental verification of SCS curve
numbers for selected soils and land uses" under Dr. S.K. Mishra,
Associate Professor, Department of Water Resources Development and Management,
JIT Roorkee. for a maximum period up to May 2015 depending on satisfactory
performance:
1. Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): One
2. FELLOWSHIP : Rs. 18000/= p.m. (consolidated) + HRA
3. QUALIFICATION : M.Tech. (First Class) in Agriculture/Civil
Engineering/Hydrology (specifically in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering)
4. AGE LIMIT : 32 years
NOTE: The upper age limit is relaxable
up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories, women.
and physically handicapped candidates. No TAIDA is permissible for attending
the interview.
Candidates should reach the
Department of Water Resources Development and Management on 05.06.2012, at
least half an hour before the scheduled time of interview to ensure their
attendance. Candidates are advised to bring their (i) detailed resume, (ii)
list of references and copies of research publications, (iii) certificates in
original or certified copies, (iv) project/dissertation reports, and (v) copies
of the publication in original at the time of interview
