The following post is to be filled up for research projects-

(1) Evaluating the fertilizer potential of seaweed saps on Sugarcane (B.H. 18011 A), sponsored by Central Salt & Marine Research Institute, Bhavnagar (Gujarat).

(2) Scheme on Development of weather based forewarning system for crop pest and diseases in Sugarcane, Paddy and Mango. (B.H. 11939) in the R.S.R.S., N.A.U., Navsari

(3) Testing of Krishi Jivan Amrut (KJA) Sugarcane Kit in Sugarcane Crop (B.H. 18010), sponsored by Gujarat Eco Microbial Technologies Pvt Ltd,Vadodara.

AGE LIMIT: As on 31/01/2012 not below 18 or above 35.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Knowledge of computer and field experiences will be an added advantage. The appointment will be purely on the temporary and adhoc basis and N.A.U., is not bound to provide any employment after completion of the research project. The Research Fellow has to work for the research programme allotted by the Research Scientists (Sugarcane) in addition to project work. Appointed person in research project if not performed satisfied work then he/she will be terminated before the completion of the project.

Candidates may submit their application on plain paper along with complete bio-data (As per proforma), two passport size photos and certified copies of education qualifications, work experience, age proof and caste certificate. The candidates will have to remain present at Directorate of Research, N.A.U., Navsari-396 450 on Date 22-02-2012 at 10:00 A.M., along with full detailed application. The candidates will have to attend interview at his/her own cost.
