OPPORTUNITIES
Applications are invited from
eligible candidates for the following posts in the DBT sponsored projects in
the areas of gene regulation, pathogenesis, drug discovery and vaccine
development against tuberculosis.
POST: Research
Scientist (3)
Essential
Qualifications:
(i) M.Sc. or B.V.Sc. or MBBS or B.Tech. or BE or its equivalent degree from a
recognized university. (ii) Ph.D. or M.V.Sc. or M.Tech. or its equivalent
degree from a recognized University.
(iii) Training in the areas of
tuberculosis immunology, vaccine development, drug discovery. Research
Associates (2); Ph.D. in any branch of life sciences, experience in the areas
of drug discovery, immunology and vaccine development. Junior Research Fellow
(3); Master’s degree in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences /Veterinary
Sciences, preferably NET qualified, will be registered for Ph.D.
POST: Project
Assistant (2)
Essential
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Biochemistry/
Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Life sciences / Veterinary Sciences.
POST: Technical
Assistant (2)
Essential
Qualifications: B.Sc. in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology /Life
Sciences, preferably with prior experience in laboratory.
POST: Laboratory
Attendant (3)
Essential
Qualifications: Matric with Science.
Scale of pay as per University /
DBT projects rules. Please note the posts are temporary and till the tenure of
