NATURE OF POST: Temporary, co-terminus with the research project

PROJECT TITLE:  “LATENT FINGERPRINT DETECTION IN FORENSIC APPLICATION UTILISING INORGANIC NANOPARTICLES: SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION”.

The aim of the project is to synthesize and characterize the inorganic nanophosphors to detect latent finger prints. The fellow is expected to work at Institute of Forensic Science & Criminology, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
PROJECT DURATION: Three Years
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: M.Sc. in Physics / Forensic Science or equivalent with minimum 55% marks with consistently good academic records. Preference will be given to CSIR/ UGC (NET) qualified candidates.
EMOLUMENTS: 16,000/- per month +20%HRA (for 1st & 2nd Year), 18,000/- per month+20%HRA (for 3rd Year).
