POST: Technical Assistant (one post)

PROJECT TITLE: 'Functional genomics of chickpea seed development and nutrition of "Next Generation Challenge programme on Chickpea Genomics

SPONSORING AGENCY: DBT

EMOLUMENTS: 8000/- p.m. fixed

PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR: Dr. Subhra Chakraborty, Scientist, NIPGR, New Delhi.

QUALIFICATION: Candidate having M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology/Botany/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Bioinformatics or B.Sc. with at least two years of experience in the related field.

NATURE OF POST: The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

DURATION:  The initial appointment will be for one year, which can be extended/curtailed on the basis of assessment of the candidate's performance and discretion of the Competent Authority.

NIPGR reserves the right to select the candidate against the above post depending upon the qualifications and experience of the candidate. Reservation of post shall be as per Govt. of India norms.
