POST: Junior Research Fellow

PROJECT TITLE: ‘Latent fingerprint detection in forensic application utilising inorganic nanoparticles: synthesis and characterization’

SPONSORING AGENCY: Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) BRNS YSRA

PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR: Dr Vishal Sharma

PLACE OF WORK: Institute of Forensic Science and Criminology, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

The amount of fellowship and eligibility will be as per DAE and Panjab University norms.

PROJECT DURATION: Three years.

NATURE OF POST: Temporary, co-terminus with project

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: M.Sc. in Physics/Forensic Science or equivalent with minimum 55% mark with consistently good academic records with NET qualification.

EMOLUMENTS: Rs 16,000 per month+20%HRA (for 1 and 2 Year), Rs 18,000 per month + 20% HRA (for 3 Year) (in case of NET qualified candidates)
