(1) DRDO-LSRB project:
TITLE: Microbial and chemical synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles and its application in the development of impregnated nanofibrous membrane for nitrate and fluoride removal from drinking water.
DURATION: 3 years.
EMOLUMENT: Rs 12,000/month (consolidated) + HRA.

QUALIFICATION: M.Phil./M.Sc./B.Tech. in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Nanoscience and Technology with a minimum of 60% having good academic record. Candidates having NET/GATE will be preferred.

(2) AR&DB PROJECT:
TITLE: An investigation on grain refinement of Mg–Al alloys using Al–Si/Al4C3 master alloy and Al4C3 powders.
DURATION: 3 years.
EMOLUMENT: Rs 18,000/month (consolidated).

QUALIFICATION: M.Tech. or B.Tech. (minimum of 2 years experience) in Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production Engineering or M.Sc., in Material Science/Physics (minimum of 2 years experience) with a minimum of 60%having good academic record. Candidates having GATE/NET will be preferred.
