Project title:“Development of Gossypol-free Lysine-rich Cottonseed cake by Solid State Fermentation”

Timing: 10:30 AM

Position:Research Associate (one post)

Qualification:

Essential:Ph D degree in Agricultural Microbiology/ Microbiology/  Biochemistry/ Biotechnology  OR Master’s degree in the above mentioned subjects with 1^st class/ 60% marks/ equivalent OGPA with 2 years of research experience as evidenced from the Fellowship/ Associateship/Training/Other engagements.

Desirable: Published research papers. Experience in food /feed fermentation

Pay:For Ph D., Rs. 24,000/- per month + 30 % House Rent Allowance OR For Master’s degree with two years experience ., Rs. 23,000/- per month + 30 % House Rent Allowance

Duration of the project:Up to 31/5/2014 or till termination/completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Timing: 2:30 PM

Position:Research Associate (one post)

Qualification:

Essential:Ph D degree in Textile Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Textile Chemistry/ Fibre Science and Technology/ Mechanical Engineering/ Agricultural  Engineering/ Technical Textiles/ Physics/ Chemistry

OR Master’s degree in the above mentioned subjects with 1^st class/ 60% marks/ equivalent OGPA with 2 years of research experience as evidenced from the Fellowship/ Associateship/Training/Other engagements.

Desirable: Published research papers. Experience in composite preparation and testing

Pay:For Ph D., Rs. 24,000/- per month + 30 % House Rent Allowance OR For Master’s degree with two years experience ., Rs. 23,000/- per month + 30 % House Rent Allowance

Duration of the project

Up to 31/5/2015 or till termination/completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Age limit: 40 years for men and 45 years for women. Relaxation in age is allowed for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms. Candidates claiming relaxation in age should produce the caste certificate from the competent authority.
