Dr. Pritam Kalia, Project Title : Crop plants which Remove their own major Biotic constraints.

P.M.: Rs.
24,000/- + 30% HRA for NET Qualified.
Rs. 22,000/- + 30% HRA for non-NET
Qualified.
ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE
:QUALIFICATIONS :Essential: Ph.D. in Veg.
Breeding/Hort./ Plant Breeding/Plant Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/Botany/Plant
Sciences with research work related to transformation in vegetable crops.
Desirable: NET qualified, knowledge oftransgenic
development and experience in transformation and in vitro techniques; working
experience in Computer applications.
2. NAME OF THE POSITION: Senior Research Fellows
NO. OF POSITION: Two
EMOLUMENTS(FIXED)
P.M.: Rs.
18,000/-+ HRA for NET qualified.
ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE
QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: M.Sc. degree in Veg. Breeding/Hort./Plant
Breeding/Plant Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/Botany/Plant Sciences with research
work related to breeding/Molecular breeding/ Transformation in vegetable crops.
Desirable: NET qualified, knowledge of transgenic
development and experience in transformation and in vitro techniques; working
experience in Computer applications.
2.
NAME OF THE POSITION: Project Assistant
NO. OF POSITION: One
EMOLUMENTS(FIXED)
P.M.: Rs.
8,000/- (Consolidated)
ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE
QUALIFICATIONS Essential: B.Sc. in Life Sciences
Desirable: Working experience in Computer
Applications.
AGE: Maximum 35 years for SRF and 40
years for RA.
Upper age limit relaxable for
SC/ST/OBC/Ex-serviceman/women as per Govt. Rule.
The above positions are purely
temporary and will be made for a period of one year or period till termination
of their projects whichever is less. The selected candidates shall not claim
for regular appointments at this Institute as the positions are co-terminus
with respective Project
Eligible candidates may appear
for interview on 23rd July, 2012 at 10.00 A.M. along with application form.
