RA: (1 Post) Eligibility : PhD in Biochemistry / Microbiology with publication record and Excellent oral and written communication skills. (v) experience in handling computer controlled bioreactors. Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.24000/- p.m. + HRA Job Profile : Metabolic engineering of cyanobacteria for enhanced carbon di oxide capture and biofuel production. Design and conduct of experiments involving physiological and biochemical characterization and metabolome analysis of cyanobacteria. Preparation of reports.
P(05-2)	Solar Bio-fuel and Carbon capture by Cyanobacteria-Role of Genetic Networks. SRF: (1 Post) Eligibility : M.Sc in Biochemistry / Microbiology with 2 years of research experience and publication record with Excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates with GATE / CSIR qualification will be given preference. Experience in biochemical and molecular biology techniques desirable. Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16000/- p.m. + HRA Job Profile : Design and conduct of experiments involving physiological and biochemical characterization and gene expression of cyanobacteria to identify new genetic regulatory interactions.
P(05-3)	Bioprospecting for Alcoholdehydrogenases for Chiral Synthesis RA: (1 Post) Eligibility : PhD in Biochemistry / Microbiology with publication record and Excellent oral and written communication skills. (ii) Candidates with GATE / CSIR qualification will be given preference. (iii) Experience in biochemical and molecular biology techniques. (iv) Research experience with biotransformation. (v) Experience in generating random mutant libraries / cloning. (vi) experience in handling computer controlled bioreactors. Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.24000/- p.m. + HRA Job Profile : Improve properties of enzyme via directed evolution and high throughput screening. Development of protocol for directed evolution and screening. Design and conduct of all the required experiments and preparation of reports.

P(05-5)	F.S. / MANPOWER SUPPORT TO SAIF TA: (1 Post) Eligibility : M.Sc. or higher qualification in Physical or Biological Sciences B.Tech / B.E or higher qualification in Electrical / Met. Engg. & Mat. Sciences / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil / Chemical Environmental / Biomedical / etc. Computer Engineering, Information Technology and allied branches not eligible. 2 Years Experience in analytical Lab desirable. Preferably Male as work will be assigned in the Lab during night shift. Salary as per Experience. Knowledge of Computer Applications Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.18000/- p.m. Job Profile : The job entails analysing samples from users using SEM / TEM, helping users in sample preparation. The duty hours will be variable, however most of the duty will be during evening and night shift. Initial training on equipment will be provided.

The positions are temporary initially for a period of one year and tenable only for the duration of project.
