SCIENTIST AND PROJECT TITLE AND NO. OF POST: Dr. Pradyumn Kumar ,Principal Scientist and Principal Investigator(Entomology), “Baseline susceptibility of multiple populations of Chilo partellus and Sesamia inferens for one Bt insecticidal proteins”.

POST: Research Associate

EMOLUMENTS PER MONTH: Rs. 23000/- + HRA for M.Sc.

OR

Rs. 24000/- + HRA for Ph.D

QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: M.Sc in Agricultural  Entomology/ Zoology specialization in Entomology with two years experience in insect rearing and bioassay etc.

DESIRABLE: Ph.D in Entomology/ Zoology with specialization in Entomology

Walk in interview shall be held on 10th Feb 2012 at 10.30 A. M. in Directorate of Maize Research, IARI, New Delhi – 12. The posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. There will be no  liability of permanent absorption. The eligible candidates may appear for walk in interview along with 3 copies of passport size photographs, resume, original and a set of attested copies of certificates on the date, time and address as stated above.

AGE: 40 years for Research Associate as on the closing date of the application. Age relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST/Women and 3 years for OBC candidates. No TA and DA will be paid for attending the interview.
