One JRF required for the Project
entitled “ Investigation and
characterization of the role of Sty 1 in Cdc 25 regulation in S. Pombe “
funded by the CSIR under the supervision of Geetanjali Sundaram , Department of
Biochemistry ,C.U. Tenure of the Project is 3 years at present.
QUALIFICATION: M.Sc. in any branch of life Sc.
with NET qualification NET ( Lecturership ) / GATE qualified candidates may
also apply.
FELLOWSHIP: Rs. 16000 + adm. allowances for
NET qualified candidates and Rs. 12000 + adm. allowances for NET (LS) /GATE
qualified candidates as per CSIR norms.
UPPER AGE LIMIT :28 years as on 01.06.2012 ( 5
years relaxable for Woman /SC/ST candidates).
Interested eligible candidates
are requested to appear in an interview on 21.06.2012 at 11:30 a.m. in the room
of the Head , Department of Biochemistry ,C.U. 35, B.C. Road , Kolkata- 700 019
with two sets of complete application furnishing biodata on plain paper with
attested copies of testimonial and all originals at the time of interview.
