Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow under a Department of Biotechnology, Government of India funded project (No. BT/RLF/Re-entry/14/2010) 
PROJECT TITLE: “Gene therapy for leukocyte adhesion deficiency using lentiviral vectors”
QUALIFICATION: M.Sc (Life Sciences) with NET qualification or M.Tech (Biotechnology) with GATE qualification
NUMBER OF POSITION: One
PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR: Dr. Everette Jacob Remington N, School of Bio Sciences and Technology, VIT University, Vellore-632014, Tamil Nadu.
DURATION: 4 Years (Until June 2016)
DESIRABLE:  Candidates with previous experience in molecular and cell biology techniques would be preferred. Previous experience with small animal models would be a plus.
FELLOWSHIP:  Rs.16,000 per month + 10% HRA and Rs.18,000 per month + 10% HRA for M.Sc and M.Tech candidates respectively, for the first two years.
