WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Candidates who possess qualifications mentioned below may attend the WALK-IN INTERVIEW on 10.02.2012 (Friday)between 9-00 AM AND 11.00 AM with all the original certificates, including community certificate and recent passport size photograph for the post of LABORATORY TECHNICIAN under an ICMR funded Project entitled “Multi-Centric evaluation of L3 stage specific RT-PCR assay for the detection of infective stage (L3) Wuchereria bancrofti in vectors” The selected candidate will be appointed initially for a period of one year and may be extended depending upon his/her performance and availability of funds.
1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 10+2 with Science subjects or equivalent from a recognized board and 2 years Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from the recognized Organization/ Institutes/Medical Colleges.
2. EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experiences in relevant field as indicated in the job requirement below.
3. JOB REQUIREMENT: To carry routine molecular biological work including preparation of reagents, glass wares and disposable, RT-PCR assays etc.
4. CONSOLIDATED SALARY: Rs.17,546/=-p.m.
5. AGE LIMIT: Not exceeding 30 years (as on the date of Walk-in- Interview) and relaxable for SC/ST and OBC Candidates, as per Govt. of India rules in force.
VENUE: Vector Control Research Centre, Medical Complex, Indira Nagar, Puducherry-605 006.

Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside influence with regard to selection shall be a disqualification and such candidates will not be entertained. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
