Walk-in interview for SRF (Germplasm exploration of fish biodiversity of Uttar Pradesh) at NBFGR, Lucknow

WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
A walk-in interview will be held on 15.02.2012 at 10:00 hrs. at National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow for the following post on contractual basis under the Uttar Pradesh State Biodiversity Board, Uttar Pradesh project titled "Germplasm exploration, assessment and documentation of the freshwater fish biodiversity of Uttar Pradesh" (01 no.). Eligible and desirous candidate fulfilling all the requirements should come for an interview with application giving full details of academic records and experience(s) alongwith attested photocopy as well as original copy of the relevant documents and a passport size photograph. The other details are as follows:
Name of the Post: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
No. of Post: One
Duration of the project: Up to April 2013
Emoluments: 12,000/- per month+15% HRA
Age: 21-35 years (relaxation of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.)
Qualification:
ESSENTIAL: M.F.Sc. Degree (1st class)/ M.Sc. in Zoology (1st class) with specialization in Fisheries/M.Sc. (Life Science/Environmental Science with at least 55% marks).
DESIRABLE: Some experience of working in Fisheries/Biology.
Terms & Conditions:-
1. Above position are purely temporary, time bound and co-terminus with the project or may be terminated earlier by the competent authority without assigning any reasons.
2. Age relaxation will be 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
3. Place of work will be at NBFGR, Lucknow or as indicated above.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Interview.
5. All eligible candidates are requested to be present 30 minutes before scheduled time on the date of Interview for necessary formalities.
6. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
7. The selected candidate will also be required to make extensive tour for survey and collection of samples from different parts of the state/country.
8. The Director's decision will be final and binding in all respects.
