A Walk-in-Interview forselection of candidates for the positions of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the DBT funded project on "Genetic Enhancement of Indigenous Aromatic Rice of Assam (oha Rice) using genomic Approach with Particular Reference to Aroma" will be held at the Office of the undersigned. Interested candidates are requested to appear the interview with applications in plain paper along with biodata and supporting testimonials at 2.00 pm on January 27, 2012. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: M. Sc.(Agri) in Plant Breeding & Genetics and Genetics/Agricultural Biotechnology/ Agricultural Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/ M.Sc in Biotechnology and allied fileds of life sciences
PAY & ALLOWANCES: Rs 14000/- + HRA
DURATION: 3 years or till termination of the project, whichever is earlier (subject to the satisfactory performance)
