Walk-in Interview for the post of Project Assistant
NAME OF PROJECT: Digitalization of National herbarium of Cultivated Plants (NHCP) under DST Project
NAME OF PI: Dr.Mrs./E.R.Nayar, Principal Scientist and Principal Investigator, Exploration Division, NBPGR
POST: Project Assistant
PERIOD: Upto 3 years
DATE OF INTERVIEW: 2nd December 2011 at 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 PM, NBPGR New Building, New Delhi-110012
EMOLUMENTS PER MONTH: Rs 8000/-p.m.

QUALIFICATION: B.Sc in Botany /with Botany at least upto B.Sc level; M.SC or equivalent
1. Upper age limit: 35 years. Age limits are relaxable for SC/ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India/ICAR norms. Age limits for women candidates is relaxed by 5 years for abov post.
2. Only the candidates with 60% and above marks in B.Sc in Botany /with Botany at least upto B.Sc level, M.Sc or equivalent are eligible to appear in the interview for the post of Project Assistant.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
4. The date of interview is mentioned above. The candidates should reach NBPGR , Pusa Campus New Delhi by 10:00 a.m.
5. Candidates should bring along their bio-data, original marks cards, certificates and other testimonials for verification and submit an attested copies of the same along with their application form. Mention clearly on top of the form the post and name of project applied for
6. The selected candidates will be medically examined and an engagement offer will be issued which will be followed by the joining reports, copies of which may be sent to the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officer(DDO), Finance and Accounts Officer and the Nodal /Controlling Officer of the scheme such as Assistant Director general(ADG) concerned. The fee for Medicl examination will be reimbursed by the Institute/SAU concerned.
