The National Hub is funded by the Department of Science and Technology for carrying out mission-oriented projects related to healthcare instrumentation development invites application for the following posts. Candidates who have passion for indigenous development of healthcare instrumentation should submit their CVs on or before 15.10.2011 along with a copy of reprints of recent publication/patent abstract, brief write up of product development or project work and experience certificates to the respective project coordinators by e-mail.
The short listed candidates will be called for interview in the 3rd week of October after scrutiny of application. The actual date and time of interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates in due course by email only.
PROJECT TITLE: 1. Antibiograph for Uropathogenic E. coli
2. Development of Rapid Detection Kit for MRSA Diagnosis

QUALIFICATION – BE/Diploma – First Class (Any circuit branch should have knowledge in electronic circuit design, Fabrication and testing, should be ready to work in the hospital environment )
Project title: Ultrasound Medical Imaging System Design

POST: Professional JRF – 2 posts
QUALIFICATION: First class BE (ECE)
Candidates with proficiency in one or more of the following will be preferred : FPGA based system design with knowledge of VDHL/Verilog. Board level testing and proficiency with usage of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and other instruments. Familiarity with algorithm development in C/MATLAB. Familiarity with code development for DSP/uC platforms. Familiarity with Analog/RF system design and testing. Usage of CAD tools from Cadence/Mentor/Synopsis.

QUALIFICATION: 1post First class Diploma in ECE
