QUALIFICATION: Essential: M.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology with minimum 60% marks.
Desirable: Two or more years experience in
the area of Microbial identification techniques, gene cloning and

stress tolerance funded by ICAR under NAIP

QUALIFICATION: Essential:
M. Sc.
(Microbiology/Biotechnology) with NET/GATE qualified
Desirable: Experience in molecular- and
anaerobic microbiological methods.
AGE LIMIT: 35 years max. (5 years
relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and woman candidates as per ICAR rules). The above position
is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis. The positions in
ICAR-AMAAS and ICAR-NAIP projects are for the period upto 31st March 2013.
However, in case of DST project the initial appointment of JRF is for one year
and likely to be extended further. The selected candidates will have no claim
for regular appointment at this institute as the position is purely temporary
in nature and is co-terminus with the project.
The interview will be held on 1st
August 2012 (reporting time 9.30-11.30 am) at Division of Microbiology, IARI,
Pusa Campus, New Delhi-110012.
The candidates must bring five
copies of duly filled in biodata (as per the format provided on next page),
original certificates, attested photocopies of all the certificates and an attested
copy of recent passport size photograph. No TA/DA would be given for the
appearance in interview. Only the candidates having essential qualifications
would be entertained for the interviews.
