plus 30% HRA
AGE: maximum 35 years for SRF (Age
relaxation of five years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST and Woman and
three Years for OBC candidates)
QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL: Master’s Degree in Plant Breeding
/ Genetics / Biotechnology/ Life sciences with specialization in plant
breeding/ biotechnology as a subject. NET qualified for SRF.
DESIRABLE: Research experience in plant
molecular biology and knowledge of computer applications.
Note:
i. The M.Sc. degree certificate
either original or provisional is essentially to be brought while attending the
interview.
ii. If the intending candidates
have any of his near or distant relative as an employee of the ICAR / IARI,
they have to declare its name, designation, nature of duties and relationship,
in writing so as to reach this office by 09-03-1012. However, if a candidate
who is related to any staff of ICAR/IARI declare it later or on the date of the
interview, such candidate is liable not to be interviewed
The above post is purely
temporary and will be filled on contractual basis for an initial period of one
year at a time till termination of the project whichever is earlier. There is
no provision of re-engagement after termination of the project scheme. The
selected candidate shall not claim for regular appointment at this institute as
the post is co terminus with respective project. The eligible candidates may
bring their complete bio-data giving full particulars along with copies and
original certificates, matric onwards, testimonials, work experience etc. The
Walk- in-interview will be held on 12-03-2012
at 10.00 AM in the chamber of the
Head, Division of Genetics, IARI, New Delhi –12. No TA / DA Will be paid
for attending the interview
