QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: M. Sc in Microbiology / Botany / Biochemistry / Biotechnology or any branch of life science with valid NET / GATE / DBT-JRF / or M. Tech. in Biotechnology with Valid GATE score. 1st class degrees in last two exams are essential. Research experience in molecular biology (PCR, cloning etc.) and bioinformatics (sequence analysis).
JRF: 28 years
Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates as per CSIR rule
