Applications were invited for the various positions in DBT (under CoE) funded project entitled " Structural and functional characterization of crucial cysteine biosynthetic pathway proteins from E. histolytica and L.donavani"
POST: Project Assistant (02)
CONSOLIDATED SALARY: Rs. 8000/- p.m.
REQUIREMENT FOR ONE POSITION: B. Sc or M.Sc. in Biological / Life Sciences with good academic record. Should be able to express and purify proteins.
REQUIREMENT FOR SECOND POSITION: Passed 10+2. Prior work experience (maintaining laboratory/bacterial culture/equipments, autoclaving, washing etc.) with three years from reputed laboratory. Should be able to handle Microsoft Excel and account keeping, process bills and open LC etc.

JOB CONDITIONS: The selected candidate(s) will be appointed purely on temporary basis for a period of one year and extendable till the end of the project or based on satisfactory performance.
