Notification for the selection of Project Staff
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the selection of Junior Research Fellow (one) and Project Assistant (one) in the project entitled Database on foliicolous fungal flora of Andaman Islands (A 131). Details are given below:

Junior Research Fellow (1) | Essential: First class M.Sc. in Botany/Microbiology Desirable: NET/CSIR/UGC exam passed. Flair in conducting fungal collections in Andaman forests | For NET/CSIR/UGC exam passed candidate /Rs. 16000 pm + 10% HRA. For others, 12000/- + 10% HRA. | 30 years | 3 years |
Project Assistant (1) | Essential: B.Sc. in Botany Desirable: Experience in field exploration & knowledge in computer to enter the scientific data | Rs. 6000 pm consolidated | 30 years | 3 years |
Age limit calculated as on 15.02.2012 (Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. norms). Only those candidates who fulfil the above criteria may may appear for a walk –in- interview on 15 February, 2012 with CV and attested copies of certificates, mark list, proof of age, experience, etc. No TA/DA will be given to candidates for attending the interview.
