Subject: Advertisement of the award of “Senior Research Fellows”
Applications are invited for the award of one positions of SRF under NHB Project entitled “Demonstration of Bo-intensive integrated pest management module in tomato” funded by National Horticulture Board, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India on consolidated fellowshipof Rs. 16000.00 per month on purely temporary basis. Initial appointment would be for six months or duration of the project, whichever is earlier. Applicants possessing following qualification should apply on plain paper on the prescribed Proforma given as under to Dr. R.P. Singh, Principal Investigator, NHB Project Deptt. of Plant Pathology, College of Agriculture, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar – 263 145, US Nagar, Uttarakhand latest by 16-01-2012 and appear for the interview on 17-01-2012 at 11:AM in the office of Head Plant Pathology.
No separate interview letter will be issued and no TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview.
QUALIFICATION:
ESSENTIAL: M.Sc. (Ag) in Plant Pathology/Entomology/Plant Protection
DESIRABLE: Field experience in Biological Control/IPM
Candidate should be ready to work at Farmers field
