Training on Pre and Post Harvest Management of Horticultural Produce for Export at IARI

TRAINING ON PRE AND POST HARVEST MANAGEMENT OF HORTICULTURAL PRODUCE FOR EXPORT
Applications are invited on plain paper with relevant biodata indicating qualification and experience for attending training on “Pre and Post Harvest Management of Horticultural Produce for Export” scheduled to be held from March 13-17, 2012 at the Division of Post Harvest Technology, IARI, New Delhi.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Higher secondary (10+2)
DESIRABLE: Experience in cultivation or post harvest handling of fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers for domestic or export trade.
AGE: No bar. However, preference will be given to young entrepreneurs engaged in the production and marketing of horticultural produce.
MAXIMUM NO OF PARTICIPANTS: 15
TRAINING COST: No training cost. Free boarding and lodging during the period of training shall be arranged at the Kaveri trainees hostel of IARI, New Delhi. CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE PAID ANY TA/ DA FOR ATTENDING THE TRAINING PROGRAMME.

Please mention your mobile number and email address in the application form. The selection shall be done based on qualification, experience and ‘first come first served’ basis. The course is compulsory residential.
