Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine a constituent establishment of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, wishes to recruit Project Assistants at level II,III & V on temporary basis to work in “NETWORKING AND OTHER PROJECTS” in this Institute based on available vacancies and to make a panel of the selected candidates for future project positions.
- PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL- V
Essential Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. Agriculture-Extension with 2 years experience in the relevant area.
Desirable: Practical experience in relevant areas using modern techniques with proven record and should have sound knowledge of subject.
- PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL –III
Essential Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. Agriculture-Extension with 2 years experience in the relevant area.
Desirable: Practical experience in relevant areas using modern techniques with proven record and should have sound knowledge of subject.
- PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL-II
Essential Qualification: 1st Class M.sc. or equivalent in the area of Horticulture, Agriculture Extension.
Desirable: Practical research experience in the areas mentioned above.
- PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL-II
Essential Qualification: 1st Class in BAMS or equivalent in the area of Ayurveda/Herbal Medicine.
Desirable: Two years practical research experience in Ayurveda/Herbal Medicine.
Age and stipend for the above positions is as under:-

P.A. LEVEL-III | Rs.12,000/-(fixed) per month | 30 years(08.11.2011) |
P.A. LEVEL-II | Rs.10,000/-(fixed) per month | 28 years(08.11.2011) |
Age: Age will be determined as on 08.11.2011: (Relaxation of age is admissible for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically Handicapped categories as per Govt. rules). Relaxation in the upper age limit of 5 years is also applicable for persons who had ordinarily been domicile in the state of J&K during the period of 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 subject to production of certificate from the concerned District Magistrate in the J & K within whose jurisdiction he/she had ordinarily been resided or from any other authority designated in this behalf by the Govt. of J&K to the effect that he/she had ordinarily being domiciled in the J&K during the period of 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
Tenure: ONE YEAR: likely to be extended.
Date of Interview: 08.11.2011 Time: 9.00 AM Venue: Conference Hall, IIIM, Jammu.
Candidates fulfilling the above qualification and age may attend the interview on 08.11.2011 at this Institute. They should bring along with them original testimonials and Xerox copies of certificates of educational qualification, Date of birth, Caste, Domicile certificate etc. and also a passport size photograph.
