POST: Junior Research Fellow – One (01) post.

PROJECT TITLE: “Biodiversity and Molecular Phylogeny of Wild Silk moths in Mizoram based on Mitochondrial gene markers (16S rRNA and CO I)”:
PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR: Dr. G. Gurusubramanian, Dept. of Zoology
EMOLUMENT: Rs.12,800/- pm consolidated).
ELIGIBILITY: First class M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry. Experience in silkworm research is essential.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•The term of service is two years depending on the performance and/or other conditions prevailing at that time. Fellowship amount and age relaxations will be as per norms of CSB, Bangalore. The post is purely temporary and is co-terminus with the project. The appointment does not confer any entitlement or right over the job and will not be considered as formal service.
•The walk in interview will be on 24 October 2011. Applications, neatly typed on plain paper, stating the name, address, date of birth, educational qualifications and experiences along with attested photocopies of mark sheets and certificates should be submitted on the date of the walk in interview. All the Original certificates should be produced for verification.
•No TA & DA will be paid for appearing in the walk-in interview.
