Traineeship Walk-in /Test at Mizoram University

EMPLOYMENT NOTICE

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following purely temporary position at the Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility, Mizoram University sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), New Delhi.

1. TRAINEESHIP - 02 (TWO) POSTS

ELIGIBILITY: Post Graduate degree in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology or any other branch of Sciences or B. Tech. in Bioinformatics.

(Preference will be given to Graduates with experience in Bioinformatics tools and software's)

2. STUDENTSHIP - 02 (TWO) POSTS

ELIGIBILITY: Student's pursuing Second year Post Graduate degree in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology or any other branch of Sciences.

(Preference will be given to students doing project work related with Bioinformatics)

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•A consolidated monthly stipend for both Traineeship and Studentship is Rs. 5000/- and the term of service is 6 months.

•A written test/ interview will be held on 28th September 2011. Applications, neatly typed on plain paper, stating the name, address, date of birth, educational qualifications and experiences, along with attested photocopies of mark sheets and certificates should be submitted on 28 Sept. 2011.

•No TA & DA will be paid for appearing in the written test/ interview.

•The appointment does not confer any entitlement or right over the job and will not be considered as formal service.
