HRC Eru Pomare Postdoctoral Fellowship in Maori Health
Purpose of award:
To support emerging leaders in Maori health development who propose to undertake research in an area relevant to Maori health. Applications from medically qualified individuals are especially welcome.
Selection criteria
Applicants should be New Zealand citizens or non-New Zealand citizens with New Zealand residency at the time of application and identify as Maori. Applicants must hold a degree of Doctor of Philosophy or an equivalent degree. *The following criteria are used to guide committee members in the assessment of applications.
*Academic ability of applicant *Maori health significance *Maori community links, health background and potential *Design and Methodology *Career Development and Support.

Tenure of award:
Up to four years.
