PROJECT FELLOW VACANCY IN THE DEPT OF BIOTECHNOLOGY

Recruitment of Project Fellow in DBT Funded Research Project in the Dept of  Biotechnology

Application on plain paper are invited from eligible candidates with detailed bio-data supported by duly attested copies of certificates for the following temporary research position in a DBT supported research project. Short listed applicants will be invited before a selection committee for interview at Pondicherry University. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.  

1.       TITLE: “Regulation of Mammalian Protein Arginine Methyltransferase activity”

2.       POST: JRF/SRF(1)

3.       QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc. in any Biological Sciences.

4.       Preference will be given to the candidates having    CSIR-NET or DBT or ICMR fellowship or Pondicherry  University Ph.D. qualifying examination

5.       DURATION OF THE PROJECT: Three Years

6.       STIPEND : First two year JRF at Rs.16000 + 20% HRA per month and subsequently at Rs.18000 + 20% HRA per month    

7.        LAST DATE : 30.08.2011
