NAME OF THE PROJECT: “Effect of plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) on Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) on improving biomass and alkaloid content”

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: M.Sc in Botany, Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology with minimum of 60% marks.
NO OF POST: 1
NATURE OF POST: Temporary
TENURE OF THE POST: 3 years or co-terminus with project.
Interested candidates with required qualifications may apply on prescribed application form available from Director, Osmania University, Hyderabad along with a DD of Rs 50/- in favor of Registrar, Osmania University. The duly filled in applications must reach the undersigned on or before 7th September 2011. The candidates who have submitted their applications with the require qualifications can attend a walk-in interview on Friday, 9th September at 1:30 pm at the Office of Dean, Faculty of Science, OU. Candidates should bring the certificates of qualifying exams and experience if any original.
No TA/DA will be pais to the candidates for attending the interview and selection is subjected to Osmania University rules.
